| Beskrivning: | The prosecution of money laundering is one of the mechanisms that allows it impossible or at least difficult to enjoy the product of crime. It is a basic instrument to fight organized crime since it usually produces enormous economic benefits. Now, in order to obtain better results in the investigation and prosecution of money laundering acts, it is essential to carry out some reforms in the Costa Rican regulations. |
