| Descrizione: | This paper presents the results of aqualitative research, conducted with a group of professionals in service Guidance on the scopethe incorporation of the gender perspective in the work counselor.The condition refers gender and questions thedetermining political, economic and socioculturalbeing female-female and male-male, and also rethinking the relationships and inter and intra interpretations on human society. These aspects are notmay be left out in the counseling interventionseeking clarification and rethinking the meaning of life as a task of human development.The group of professionals involved with your thoughts and work experiences, agrees on the needtaking into account the reality generic working populations. The majority clearly showconcepts regarding gender, inequality genericequality of opportunity, and also want to knowmore on the implementation of genderprofessional in action.The results of this research, no doubt,are an important input for feedback and updating training of professionals in this field. |
