Description:The government inaugurated in May 2018 has accelerated and deepened the implementation of the so-called neoliberal policies. It’s not just about economic policy. The neoliberal project seeks to impose a deep social restructuring. It wants to change the social structure, the cultural framework and the mentalities. Neo-liberalism brings with it an authoritarian turn, which responds to or anticipates an increase in unrest and social conflict. In this general framework, we place the analysis of the attacks on the Public University. Because what happens at the University is an expression of what happens in the country.
