Costa Rica has a clear understanding of this and has undertaken the development of a juridical context within the framework of international regulations, along with the necessary complement of national legislation and the corresponding executive ordinances. In this regard, in 2018, the Costa Rican Legislature has a Bill on specific digital government, which is under process. |
