Geopolitics and Freemasonry in Lázaro Cárdenas’ National Parks Project

Description:This paper reveals the geopolitical connection between Freemasonry and the project for the creation of national parks during Lázaro Cárdenas’ presidential term. This has derived from the analysis of political forces in federal entities and of ecosystemic services of the utmost need for the population. Firstly, we present a geopolitical analysis of said Cárdenas´ presidential decrees. Secondly, we identify the governors from the 18 Mexican Federal states members of Freemasonry and eco-regions where the national parks project expanded, thus concluding by highlighting the importance of the geopolitical and masonic connections supporting Cárdenas.
