| Popis: | The purpose of this article is to present the progress of the research project “Women in homelessness situation and their experience of their human rights”, carried out by the Institute of Latin American Studies (IDELA) of the Universidad Nacional. In this first moment, we present a general overview of the situation of women experiencing homelessness and the extent to which the actions of NGOs respond to the objectives established in the National Policy for Comprehensive Attention to People in Situation of Abandonment and Homelessness, 2016 - 2026, and thus, conclude with some of the organizational lessons, needs and challenges to guarantee women a thorough experience of their human rights. |
