Description:This study reflects on the factors that contribute to the variability of conversation structure in interactions about experiences of violence. Through the analysis of emotions and other evaluative elements in a conversation sample, the way in which emotional negotiation takes place is observed, influencing the overall perception of the narrated experience, while also revealing how social subjectivity regarding this phenomenon is produced and reproduced. It has highlighted the potential of Conversation Analysis (CA) to understand the configuration of social subjectivity regarding violence, especially from a critical gender perspective.
