| Descripció: | La obra de Ana Luisa Guerrero se caracteriza por su abordaje filosófico-político sobre los derechos humanos y su aplicación. Su hermenéutica intercultural, dirigida, principalmente, a los derechos humanos de tercera generación, identifica el componente de la intersubjetividad que encamina hacia la construcción de un diálogo intercultural. Este componente permite, además, discutir sobre los fundamentos de los derechos humanos colocando las percepciones individuales y colectivas del paradigma. The work of Ana Luisa Guerrero is characterized by its philosophical-political approach on human rights and their implementation. The intercultural hermeneutics, aimed primarily to the human rights of third generation identifies the component of intersubjectivity that moves towards building an intercultural dialogue. This component also allows discussing the fundamentals of human rights by placing the individual and collective perceptions of the paradigm. |
