Description:The objective of this essay is to answer a question: How can the social agenda and economic stability be balanced? To do this, the researcher reviews the prevailing tenets of the neoclassic economy. The damage to the ecosystem and sustainable human development, which has been done worldwide due to the contemporary economic model, is also explained.  To provide an example of the double inequality that women go through, a gender analysis from feminist view on economy is used. The proposal to answer the original question of this essay is to implement the doughnut model from the economist Kate Raworth along with gender theory. All this looks forward to rectifying the environmental crisis and having as commitment the sustainable human development with gender equity.
