Miêu tả: | The objective of this article consisted in proposing a methodology to evaluate qualitatively the design, development and implementation of portals infomediaries for distribution and efficient dissemination of resource access in higher education institutions. This considering that these academic areas currently produce large quantities of digital material. From a literature review on evaluation web sites and infomediation, as well as a descriptive analysis of the information obtained after the review, set out the methodology for the assessment of infomediaries portals of open resources in institutions of higher education. The methodology includes six indicators: content, community, virality, services, need and knowledge management. Each indicator is qualified with a series of criteria that allow to verify its compliance through a summary evaluation that assesses them in efficient, partially efficient or inefficient scale. |
