| תיאור: | The library must reach each and every sector of the population, so that anyone can have different ways of accessing information. For this reason, it is of interest of the author to present this document which is oriented to serve as a tool for public library officials in the training and educational process of users who make use of the services offered, and in turn, fulfill the purposes and purposes that these cultural centers should pursue as a social entity. |
