| 實物特徵: | This article aims at setting out the theoretical frameworks and results of a self-assessment and foresight activity carried out in the National University of Colombia, Medellin Campus Division of Libraries, which involved the participation of its staff. The methodology used responds to the application of prospective tools (IGO Matrix) in order to identify and to prioritize strategic elements leading to the definition of actions for the construction of an action plan, which favors the continuous improvement of the Division of Libraries for the 2016-2018 period. In the end, it is concluded that the participatory exercises of self-assessment and foresight, as input for planning, meaningfully contribute to the improvement of an organization. |
