Description:After understanding the geographic, social and economic context which the Louisiana establishment belongs (Related to the application of the model exposition-stress-sickness, raised by Gee and Payne-Sturger [2004])- at the level of central American geographic regions to explain why the health is different in each region. It shows the correlation between certain factors (related with neighbourhood resources, with stressors, with structural factors and the environmental dangers) and the differences in health in Central America. It was determined six factors which explain the 85% or the variability.
