Description:A brief historical introduction is made on the factors that promoted the occupation of territories during the colony and how these locations, motivated by economic and political interests, in addition to ignorance of the environment, favored the disorderly expansion of marginal settlements in urban areas on land with limitations. sensitive natural and severe environmental effects.
