| Beskrivning: | Este artículo tiene como finalidad contribuir con un cuerpo de conocimientos sobre el concepto que tienen los costarricenses sobre innovación, la principal tarea que tienen las universidades públicas para impulsarla en las organizaciones y las principales características que debería tener un egresado universitario para gestionar la innovación en las organizaciones en las que trabajan. Finalmente propone los principales retos que tiene la Universidad Nacional en torno a su calidad universitaria. Abstract This communication has like purpose of contributing with a body of knowledge on the concept that have the Costa Ricans on innovation, the main task which they have the public universities to impel the innovation in the organizations and the main characteristics that must have university withdrawing to manage the innovation in the organizations in whom they work. Finally it proposes the main challenges that the National University around its university quality has. |
