| Diğer Bilgiler: | Este trabajo pretende analizar las garantías disponibles en Venezuela como mecanismos de exigibilidad del derecho a la vivienda, reconocido por la Constitución de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por tratados internacionales relativos a derechos humanos, suscritos y ratificados por la República. En tal sentido, el análisis no pretende describir las normas que regulan el derecho y su contenido, sino la disponibilidad, eficiencia y eficacia de las garantías de su cumplimiento. Para lograr dicho objetivo, se estudian las intervenciones frecuentemente realizadas por el Estado sobre el derecho a la vivienda, así como las garantías previstas a nivel político, judicial, social e internacional. Finalmente, se esbozan las conclusiones de la investigación, que dibujan un panorama de la vigencia actual del derecho a la vivienda en Venezuela, y se realizan propuestas dirigidas a remediar la grave crisis habitacional que aqueja al país.This work intends to analyze the guarantees available in Venezuela as mechanisms of enforceability of the right to housing, recognized by the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, as well as by international treaties on human rights, signed and ratified by the Republic. Hence, the analysis does not aim to describe the rules that recognize this said fundamental right and its content, but the availability, efficiency and effectiveness of the guarantees that ensure its compliance. To achieve this objective, frequent interventions by the State on the right to housing have been studied, as well as the guarantees provided on a political, judicial, social, and international level. Finally, the conclusions of the research are outlined, in order to describe the current situation of the right to housing in Venezuela, and possible measures that could, eventually, remedy the severe housing crisis that afflicts the country. |
