| الوصف: | Este artículo explica por qué además de las decisiones judiciales de la Suprema Corte de México, se debe poner especial atención a la reciente participación de los órganos legislativos para entender algunas causas y condiciones que han generado cambio social en México. Particularmente, este trabajo se enfoca en el análisis de los debates sobre la despenalización del aborto y de los matrimonios entre parejas del mismo sexo.AbstractThis article explains why it is important to take into consideration the work of the Legislative Assemblyof the Federal District, rather than only the Supreme Court decisions in order to understand causesand conditions which have brought about social change in Mexico.
