| الوصف: | El presente artículo pretende describir la fundamentación de los derechos humanos desde la perspectiva axiológica y ética, con la finalidad de encontrar una justificación en la praxis que sirva para exigir los derechos humanos desde una perspectiva holística. Si estos derechos no vienen acompañados de políticas públicas sustentadas en la responsabilidad en sus diferentes dimensiones: responsabilidad de unos hacia otros o responsabilidad común, responsabilidad del Estado en su accionar, responsabilidad individual, entre otros, es imposible lograr condiciones materiales de bienestar hacia la sociedad como fin último. En esta búsqueda de la responsabilidad reside la intención principal de cualquier fundamento ético o valorativo de los derechos humanos. This article tries to describe the foundation of human rights from the axiological and ethical perspectiveto find a justification in the praxis that serves to demand human rights from a holistic perspective. If these rights do not come accompanied of public policies sustained by different dimensions responsibil-ity: responsibility towards others or common responsibility; responsibility of the State in its actions; individual responsibility etc., it is impossible to achieve material conditions of well being towards the society as the ultimate goal. In this search of the responsibility there resides the principal intention of any ethical foundation of Human Rights. |
