| Descrizione: | This article provides an analysis of tourism development in the coastal zones and its relation with the tourism development model of the country. It clarifies facts about actual development activity and the impact tourism has in the occupation of territory; in particular the development that the maritime terrestrial zone, known as a tourism space of great relevance for the country, has suffered. From this position the strategic vision of this zone is analyzed, the politics and instruments and tools that are utilized for its management, in particular a manual analysis for the elaboration of coastal regulation plans, and the relevant actions to develop the face of the future. |
