| その他の書誌記述: | RESUMEN Se analiza los implícitos epistemológicos, teóricos e históricos de la concepción y práctica del liderazgo, en la política cotidiana y en el quehacer la administración pública y empresarial. La interpretación predominantemente individualista del liderazgo, se encuentra asociado con formas particulares de interpretación de la historia y la sociedad, así como, con la conservación y reproducción del poder en las organizaciones, la sociedad y el Estado. El liderazgo, es una relación social que expresa y representa los sentimientos y aspiraciones de específicascolectividades, de ningún modo desarraigado del devenir de la organización, ni del medio social e histórico de las sociedades. SUMMARY This article analyzes the epistemological, theoretical and historical implicit of the conception and practice of the leadership, in the public and also in the private administration. The mainlyindividualistic interpretation of the leadership is associated with peculiar forms of the interpretation of the history and the society, as well as, the conservation and reproduction of the power in the organizations, the society and the State. The leadership is a social relationship that expresses and represents the feelings and the aspirations of specific collectives, at all eradicated of becoming of the organization, neither of the social and historical contexts of the societies. |
