| Beskrivelse: | This paper presents in a systematic way the process to be followed for the mapping of possible donors according to the needs of an international organization in the Central American context, this as part of the need of covering gaps of non-reimbursable funds, which have decreased, because of the denomination of the region in the middle income category (this as one of the reasons). For this purpose, the investigation is based on the conceptualization of different terms related to the system of international cooperation and Official Development Assistance, concluding with the creation of a preliminary and basic guide of the main elements that will collaborate in the construction of a donor mapping, establishing an important antecedent in the process, updating and systematization of data. |
