| Deskribapena: | En este trabajo se discute sobre la evolución de la cafeticultura mexicana desde la llegada del grano al país hasta la liberación de los mercados mundiales y la desregulación del sector en el contexto nacional. Se discute como el sector pasó de ser prioritario a finales del s. XIX a un abandono a finales del siglo XX. Abstract This paper discuss about the changes in the Mexican coffee sector since it was introduced into the country to the liberalization of the international markets and the deregulation of the sector inside the country. It discuss how it evolved from an privileged sector at the end of the XIX century to the abandonment at the end of the XX century. |
