Diğer Bilgiler:This study analyzes guided teaching practice in the Commercial Educationprogram at the National University across two campuses with distinctsocial and educational contexts. Methodologically, a symposium wasorganized at the Central American Congress on Commercial Educationto collect data, which was systematized through reports and presentationson the experiences of student teachers and international interns. The practicum, conducted in the third year of the program, providesexposure to the real-world workplace with support from university andsecondary school teachers. Key challenges identified include limitedaccess to technological resources, adverse weather conditions, personalsafety concerns, and teacher inexperience—factors that impact professionalperformance. The systematization highlighted the importance ofintegrating contextualized training spaces that bridge theory and practice, fostering the development of disciplinary and pedagogical competencies.Furthermore, these experiences promote meaningful learning, criticalreflection, and more relevant teacher training, in line with the demandsof the current educational context.
