| Description: | The objective of this article is to understand the leadership and commitments assumed by youth in the non-formal education movements of Scouts of Argentina and the Masorti Jewish movement. To this end, we will describe the origin of these institutions, analyze how they construct youth, and observe the activities in which youth engage. We ask: what are the institutional tensions that youth groups face in reproducing themselves over time in the face of the challenges posed by contemporary forms of individuation? The variables of temporality, age, social sector, and practices will be considered to conduct comparative analyses using a qualitative methodological approach. |
