| Περιγραφή: | This article carries out an analysis regarding philosophical proposals applied to non-human animals, including animal rights, that may be related to the Law 7451 about animal welfare in Costa Rica. These ethical proposals deal with the place that non-human animals should have in the moral community and, that authors of this paper consider, in an indispensable way, that must be reflected in an analysis of a regulation that intends to legislate the relationship between non-human and human animals. |
