Una opción alternativa en situaciones de crisis económica mundial. Abstract In this article there presents himself a model of reduction of costs for a productive unit by means of the option of wage outsourcing inside the same organization and that allows to diminish simultaneously the wage costs and to support the rights of the workpeople stipulated in the labor legislation of the country. An alternative option in situations of economic world crisis. |
