實物特徵:This essay explores the integration of art and design into scientific practice, asserting that their value extends beyond merely disseminating scientific findings to enrich the research process itself. Beginning with the role of the visual in the construction of knowledge, it addresses scientific communication as a bridge to society and situates the discussion within the sciences. It argues that incorporating visual languages not only enriches how we research and communicate but can also operate as a cognitive tool within work teams and, simultaneously, as a vehicle for affirming Latin American scientific identity. By integrating visual and conceptual elements from our own cultures and individual identities, new generations can see themselves reflected in scientific practice, thereby contributing to diversifying the perspectives from which research is approached.
