| الوصف: | The present article is the introduction to a digest made with the purpose of analyzes, in different contexts, the key importance of finances as the heart of the State formation process. The selected articles represent the cases of Yucatán, Guatemala, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Colombia, Ecuador and Uruguay. Meanwhile thematically speaking we are trying to review the most important topics of the historical debate about finances and state formation: war, state monopolies, public debts, social networks, etc. Finally we are in the face of a very profound topic of analysis that needs to be observed through a comparative approach. |
