その他の書誌記述: The (Turrialba Cheese) plays a leading role when the Trademark Act confers the rights of designation of origin (DO). The process must surpass disagreements between employers, using the expertise of the World Intellec­tual Property Organization (WIPO) and make necessary adjustments to the observations made by different institutions. The efforts of the Farm Producers Association of Santa Cruz de Turrialba (ASOPROA) are directed in to rate this district as the home of Turrialba cheese, by the geographical designation of origin and to give added value in the chain production and marketing.
