Leadership Pedagogical Network as a Dialogic Tool Between The Universidad Nacional, Regional Headquarters Brunca and Local Community

Miêu tả:Nowadays, pedagogical leadership determines the institutional success that must go beyond the operative stadium through the establishment of dialogue with other organizations associated to the academic stadium. This research study is qualitative in nature and follows a descriptive scope. In order to establish current dialogue mechanisms between Universidad Nacional and the Ministry of Public Education, a diagnosis with authorities from both organizations was carried out to determine viability and willingness. It was possible to determine a lack of dialogical practices and the need to establish dialogical networks. Based on this analysis, the Pedagogical Leadership Network is proposed as an interaction opportunity through practices addressed to in-service teachers so that their leadership skills are reinforced in order to be implemented in educational contexts.
