その他の書誌記述:The aim of this article is to examine two themes presented in the novel The Gospel of Lucas Gavilán by the Mexican writer Vicente Leñero: the critique of the Church and of the priests, and the desacralized conception of miracles. To do this, the author’s perspective is taken up again, along with his theological influences, evidenced in the main character of the work, and some socio-anthropological studies of religión. The central premise is that this novel configures a way of illustrating and scrutinizing aspects of the functioning of religious institutions and their representatives that can prove a valuable resource for the social sciences.
