| Beskrivelse: | At the beginning this research presents a historical-social frame and a definition of the juridical structures at that time in Costa Rica. Then some topics are analyzed: the conception of delinquency, the space where offences happen, and the social origin of offenders and their victims. Finally, social relationships between both of them are reconstructed, as well as the predominant types of damage, its causes and the answer of offended citizens. |
