Entrepreneurial Potential and Vocational Training: An Exploratory Study in an Integrated Centre in Andalusia

| विवरण: | Introduction. This article presents an exploratory quantitative study carried out in an integrated vocational training centre located in Andalusia. The sample consists of 185 intermediate and higher-levels students from seven professional families. Objectives. The study aims to analyze the level of attitude towards entrepreneurship and the impact of the Entrepreneurship Classroom (ADE) on vocational training students. Methodology. The study employs a quantitative, exploratory, and cross-sectional approach. Validated instruments, specifically the ATE-S test and the Personal Initiative Questionnaire, were used. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlations, K-means cluster analysis, and inferential tests (ANOVA and multiple linear regression) with SPSS software. Results. The results show a moderate entrepreneurial potential in the student body, with differences associated mainly with age and participation in specific programmes such as the Entrepreneurship Classroom. Conclusions. Practical applications are proposed, focusing on the design of personalized pedagogical pathways for the three identified student profiles. However, limitations related to the representativeness of the sample and the absence of qualitative data are recognised, which restricts the generalisability of the results. |
