| Diğer Bilgiler: | Actions taken to promote entrepreneurship through public policy called “CostaRica Emprende” had generated limited impact on the development and growth of entrepreneurs and / or business men.The main positive aspects that have been obtained after three years of implementation of the policy are: the establishment of an institutional support, improved competitive conditions as the simplification of procedures, implementation of regional programs and the creation of the National System Incubation (SIN).However, the results have been insufficient,showing major problems in are assuch as: little support for exporting SMEs, reduced access to sources of funding and lack of birth of enterpriseslinked to innovation and technologydevelopment. |
