| Descripció: | In area without bordes, cooperation and construction of identities can be achieved by the consolidation of joint efforts in order to ensure the protection of legal relations arising from electronic commerce and, specifically, of the relationship between the weaker party and the consumer.This article contains some advances of a research project that seeks to analyze the legal efforts of the members and associate countries of the Andean Community of Nations (CAN) and the Southern Common Market (MERCOSUR) for consumer rights protection. |
