Deskribapena:This article presents the development of a work initiative with respect to two experiences in the specific area of teaching dance. The main purpose is to share and systematize experiences, from an interdisciplinary perspective, or more specifically: psychology, education and dance. This professional endeavor within the dance framework, was developed in the province of Guanacaste, in the city of Liberia in Costa Rica; where it was initiated in 2007 until the present. The methodology employed has, as its foundation, an integral perspective with an artistic and inclusive spirit. The latter conceived essentially as an expressive resource which consolidates an exploratory work based on the consciousness and daily experiences of the participants. The main result of such work being that of an increased closeness to different communities in diverse ways  generating a greater demand from such populations to get to know the movement, and thus experiencing the physical sensations of the direct artistic creation. This search for artistic expression, recognizes the biopsychosocial benefits resulting from this daily practice. The above-mentioned program has sought to consolidate artistic spaces  within particular social contexts in diverse communities in the country’s provinces. This in order to manage not only technical skills in ethe arts sphere, but as a way of promoting critical analysis with respect of the socio-cultural inequalities that take place between different geographical regions of Costa Rica.
