Description:In this work, it will be elucidated how the Nicaraguan state through various educational policies, laws and regulations shows its control in the Nicaraguan Caribbean Coast. In this sense, the interests of the nation-state outweigh the political ideas of the liberal (1893-1909) and conservative (1910-1930) periods, which seemed antagonistic, but when it comes to taking power they act in the same way with the peoples of the Nicaraguan Caribbean. The discourses on religious morality will be the starting point at this time.
