| Omschrijving: | Relative sentences with a nominal head are one of the three types of relative sentences in San Pedro Mixtepec Zapotec. This type of sentence is formed by a nominal head plus a relative clause. The relative sentences with a nominal head are of the external head, are postnominal and employ the gap strategy and the relative pronoun. Relative clauses are introduced into the sentence by a general subordinator nè. The relativizable functions are the subject, the direct object and indirect object, the oblique, the genitive, and the object of comparison. |
