This issue pays attention to educational center Liceo Rural San Julián, belonging to Dirección Regional de Educación de Sarapiquí, DRES. Too, this paper analyzes general and regional policies of Instituto Mixto de Ayuda Social, taking into account national and international legal documents, between 2003 and 2013. The general objective broachs migrant desertion of educational center Liceo Rural San Julián, identifying internal and external factors that explain institutional abandonment in nicaraguan specific case. |
