Περιγραφή:The following article presents a critique of the Costa Rican psychiatric reform, to the extent that it creates a critical discursive universe of psychiatric institutions, but that in its praxis strengthens the model of hegemony of psychiatry in mental health care. This through psychopolitical strategies that are manifested through public policy and deny the critical participation of users, ex-users and mental health activists, who propose decentralized, autonomous and humanist strategies for mental health care.
