| Diğer Bilgiler: | In this article, an interpretation of the stories «Dark Well» and «Old Woman in Bloom» from the collection Perrozompopo and other Latin-American short stories by writer Franz Galich is presented. The objective is to analyze the representation of superfluous lives and mixophobia in the texts from the perspective of Zygmunt Bauman, using the strategy of schizophrenic splitting detailed by Frederic Jamenson. Both texts construct alternating narrative voices that reflect delirium caused by circumstances of segregation and dehumanization. Thus, the texts demonstrate the construction of fragmented subjectivities typical of advanced capitalism and modern societies. |
