Disgrifiad:In contemporary administration, the concepts of management, management and strategic planning are three substantive elements that all companies, regardless of their size and through their collaborators, must consider for the formulation of action plans; which will allow them to remain in the market and, consequently, the success of their business. Strategic planning is based on three fundamental aspects: it is a science because the decisions chosen are based on empirical data, it is a trade-off because some of the strategies developed are renounced, and it is an art because the people working in the organizations must be creative in applying the strategies in the different functional areas.
