Beskrivelse:The growing disconnect between schools and their context reveals a management problem that fails to interconnect institutionalized and interculturalized education, or to respond to the territorial complexity in which it is embedded. Therefore, this essay aims to rethink management strategies to interweave knowledge between the school and its environment. Its development is grounded in the democratization of education as a means of responding to the reality of the nexosystem in which the school coexists with the community. The essay concludes that schools must develop strategies to bring the curriculum closer to the reality of students; however, this is only possible if schools learn to engage in dialogue with the knowledge that is constructed within their social territory.
