| Descrizione: | I applied a Structural Analysis to identify the variables that have a greater effect on the electrical system of Costa Rica. The procedure identifies current and future variables, and the actors who can influence them, to generate scenarios of a power sector reform. The main variables are: national wholesale market, decoupling degree of electric industry organizations, competition in electricity generation, political influence in decision making, and power generation potential. |
