| Diğer Bilgiler: | This article develops a study that analyzes the factors that influenced when the student population chose the career of Office Administration as an option for professional academic training. The research was developed under a mixed methodological approach, with the participation of 49 students who contributed in the participation of a focus group and in completing a survey. Among the most significant findings, it was found that intrinsic factors such as personal interests are the ones that most motivated the selection of this academic program. The main conclusion was that the diversity of courses included in the curriculum and the high technological component is an attractive aspect considered in the choice of the career. |
