Beskrivelse:Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) and learning styles are two factors that can influence the teaching and learning process of students in virtual learning environments (VLEs). The aim of this study is to determine the influence of these factors on the learning process through a sample of 70 students enrolled in two Marketing courses during the third quarter of 2021. Descriptive and correlational research designs were used, along with a survey method to collect information about the learning style of the sample and their perception towards the use of NLP in the teaching process. The results indicated that VLEs are suitable environments for promoting all three learning styles - visual, auditory, and kinesthetic - though not in equal proportions. Additionally, NLP should be present in all units of the virtual environment, as it considers these learning styles and improves students' intrapersonal skills.
