Disgrifiad:Climate variability is a natural phenomenon, but human activities have accelerated unprecedented changes that threaten the balance of the planet and affects all life forms. Addressing climate change demands significant changes in the characteristic forms of production, distribution and consumption of industrial capitalism. Agriculture is closely linked with nature, is one of the human activities most affected by climate change and also one of those with a greater impact on it. Agroecology and small farming have the potential to feed the world while providing a return to natural balances. To strength them also means to support a sustainable, flexible and diverse rationality, another way of relating to nature and preserving life.
