實物特徵:: Today's society is immersed in a digital context that directly affects education (Peralta-Roncal et al., 2023). Therefore, the relevance of this study lies in analyzing the digital literacy of teachers, given that their ability to integrate technological resources is key to pedagogical innovation. A quantitative study was conducted using a structured questionnaire validated by a committee of experts in the field. The sample consisted of 384 Andalusian teachers who teach compulsory secondary education or upper secondary education. The data reveal that most participants are unfamiliar with the concept of educommunication. However, they recognize that information and communication technologies (ICT) drive significant methodological transformations in teaching-learning processes, fostering innovative dynamics in the classroom. These findings confirm the need to strengthen teacher training in digital literacy, as well as to promote an educommunication culture that facilitates the effective incorporation of ICT. Although teachers value the transformative potential of these tools, they point out limitations related to work overload, lack of specific training, and the difficulty of their pedagogical integration. Finally, the study shows that the perception of the disadvantages of ICTs outweighs that of their advantages, which constitutes a challenge for the education system. Teacher training policies and educommunicative strategies are needed to ensure the effective pedagogical use of ICTs for the benefit of a more inclusive and quality education.
