实物特征:This article analyzes the presence and dynamics of the Emberá community in Bogotá's National Park. It explores their resistance, adaptation, and internal struggles within an urban context, employing a case study methodology that includes an ethnographic approach, interviews, media analysis, and the documentary Sin Retorno (2022). It argues that the Emberá, displaced by violence in their homelands, occupy the National Park as a form of political action known as disobedient democratic practice, as they claim their right to the city and the recognition of their territorial rights. However, internal tensions within the community were also identified, especially regarding the return to the park and demands on the State. The presence of the Emberá in Bogotá's National Park represents a way of inhabiting urban life but also reveals the challenges and conflicts they face both within their community and in their interactions with the State. The article underscores the importance of understanding the complex dynamics of urban indigeneity configurations in contemporary Colombia and the challenges they present.
