Colonial, formal and patriarchal ruptures in the poetic discourse of three contemporaries in Central America

Popis:Objective. The objective of this article is to analyze the contemporary poetic discourse in Central America of the 20th century, based on an interpretation of three aesthetically poetic discourses from the books “El sol púrpura” (2018) by Alejandro Marín, “Central América” (2013) by Julio Serrano and “Entre una y tres de la mañana” (2008) by Johanna Raabe. It will investigate the formal, decolonial and gender specificities of the three books and their relations with the Central American literary tradition and culture. Methodology. It uses a comparative methodology to establish ruptures and experimental gestures as part of a neo-avant-garde in Central America. Conclusion. The ruptures with the Central American nation states are evident.
